Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, including your order number. If you reach out with a question or concern about your order, I will need this number to confirm your info.
*MOST* of my products are ready to ship, unless specified otherwise. (eg: custom orders) This means your order will be on its way to you in a timely manner. My processing time is 7-10 business days, but I typically get orders out the door before then. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Once I print the shipping label for your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Most of the time I don’t take orders to the post office the day I print shipping labels. Since I do large launches, I batch print labels all at once and THEN get to work on packing & fulfilling orders. It usually only sits a couple of days before I’m able to take it to the post office.
(I do however offer a “first to ship” option when choosing your shipping method at checkout. This will automatically put your order at the top of my list. If you do for some reason need an order by a certain date, just email me and I’ll do my best to accommodate! Just be sure to purchase the “first to ship” option first.
After I drop your order off to the post office, it’s completely out of my hands. I’m an advocate for shipping insurance- so if you’re worried about your package potentially being lost, especially around the holidays, always purchase shipping insurance! If there is an issue with your shipping or tracking, please contact your local post office before reaching out to me. If they cannot help, then reach out to me and I’ll see what we can do!
